Day-by-day Itinerary:

Day 1.  Ha Noi arrival

Welcome at the airport and get transferred to hotel to check in. Explore the old town or  Vietnamese water puppet show

Day 2 . Ha Noi  city tour

In the morning: take a half day city tour, including Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, and the Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds. Museum of Ethnology, Hoa Lo prison.,

Day 3. Ha Noi – Sapa.

After Breakfast, we leave busy Hanoi city and start the trip to North West of Vietnam. After 5 hour on new high way, we will reach Sapa town,

Check in hotel in the afternoon and Explore around.

Day 4. Sapa

Full day Explore the scenic Sapa and around with hiking to villages around and learn about culture of  the H’ Mong Dzao, Zay ethnic group,

Overnight in the same hotel.

Day 5.  Sapa – Hai Phong

Breakfast in the hotel then departure for Hai Phong. We will have a long drive trip on Speed road.

PM: Arrive in Hai Phong , Check in local Hotel and free at your leisure.

Day 6. Hai Phong – Cat Ba island (Halong bay) Kayaking.

07:30 AM. We leave hotel for the ferry pier, where we will be transferred to Cat Ba island. Upon arrival, we get on an wooden tourist boat for a cruise on Lan Ha Bay, enjoy the amazing scence of Rock formation, white sand beaches, lagoon. The kayaking program is an interesting way to explore this paraside in close up. Lat afternoon, we check in Nam Cat island Bungalow. Relax and dinner.

Day 7. Cat Ba island – Hanoi.

Breakfast on island, We spend all morning to explore around with kayaking, or simply relax .

After lunch our boat will pick us to Cat Ba town for a transfer to Ferry to Hai Phong then Road trip to Hanoi.

Late afternoon, Check in Hotel in Hanoi.

Day 8. Hanoi – Ninh Binh

After breakfast. We will have a transfer southwards to NinhBinh province,

Upon Arrival, We will start a short cycling on a scenic road to Trang An ecotour complex. The ride is through village, scenic with lots of limestone karst, coutryside view.

After lunch, we will take a rowing boat trip to explore the Trang An eco tour area. It s famous with system of limestone karst , The little boat will bring you through many caves and lagoons . The site was recently recognised as World heritage.

Finish the boat trip, we will check in a mini hotel for shower and dinner. Rest and relax til transfer to Train Station for over night train to Hue. Overnight on Train.

Day 9. Hue

Upon Arrival, We get transferred to Hotel, Check in and  Breakfast

In the afternoon we will have a tour around Hue city. Our first  visit in Hue is  Forbidden Purple City, and the Imperial Museum, explore  Hue countryside and Royal Tomb.

Day 10. Hue – Hoi An.

You will leave Hue in the morning to Hoi An. A stop at Lang Co beach for a short break.

Then going on to the Hai Van Pass for amazing view and photos and keep enjoying your nice journey to Hoi An via Da Nang City. Check in hotel and walking tour in the afternoon. In the evening you will be free to walk through the old streets of Hoi An. The streets are charming at night with lanterns hanging from shop fronts and café patrons spilling onto the streets. Amongst other things, HoiAn is famous for a particular noodle dish (Cao Lau) which you endeavor to sample during your time here.

Day 11 . Hoi An.

Hoi An is an ancient port town and was home to one of Southeast Asia’s major international harbors from 17th to the19th century. Some parts of Hoi An still look exactly as they did a century and a half ago. The city preserves hundreds of houses built of precious wood in its very own style. There is the Japanese quarter linked with a Chinese neighborhood by the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, which was constructed in 1593. The Chinese community of Hoi An founded many temples and Assembly Halls, which are worth visiting. In the morning, you will enjoy the walking tour to explore the ancient town of Hoi An.

In the afternoon, you could join couple hours riding ( Optional)  with the guide to explore the quietest and peaceful villages where you can interact with locals to get to know more about their life Cam Thanh islet and cycling to TraQue vegetable farm.

Day 12 . Hoi An – Flight to Saigon ( Ho Chi Minh city)

Free morning to explore around til transfer to Airport for a short flight to HCM city.

Upon arrival, check in Hotel and free at your leisure.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 13 . Ho Chi Minh city tour – Cu chi tunnel.

After breakfast, we depart to visit the historic Reunification Palace and War Remnants Museum, followed by the architectural treats of French colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and the Post Office.

PM: After Lunch, we ll have an and half hour road trip to CU CHI tunnels. Cu Chi is a system of hand dug tunnels, At its height the tunnel system stretched over 200km, from Saigon to the Cambodian border and is three levels deep. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in the American war must have been like. The tunnels have been widened for our benefit (otherwise we would not be able to enter them!) For those who are interested, there’s even the opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or M60 at the nearby rifle range.

PM: Fare well to Cu Chi, we get back to HCM city

We get back to Hotel in late afternoon. The rest of time is at leisure.

Day 14.  Ho Chi Minh city – Mekong delta.

Breakfast in hotel. Depart from HCM city for a road trip to My Tho, where we will have a boat trip to explore the life of Mekong delta in Southern Vietnam. Enjoy the local life, row along the canal of water coconut…Lunch in a local food restaurant.

Back to HCM in late afternoon. Relax.

Day 15.  Ho Chi Minh City  Departure.

Free til transfer to HCM city airport for your home sweet home flight.

Farewel and looking to welcome you back.

As per our company policy, booking will only be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit.

  • Single travel service such as car rental, air tickets bookings or hotel reservations: 100%

2 – Deposit and Payment

Deposit can be settled by cash or wire transfer 70 days at least before the departure. The balance can be paid by cash, travelers’ checques or credit cards upon your arrival in Vietnam. If payment is made by other mean than cash such as traveler’s cheques, credit cards or via Western Union… bank charges will be for sender.

According to Service Availability, The earlier you send your deposit, the better for us to launch the booking and send you Service Confirmation.

3 – Amendment

There is no fee for any change or amendment you make prior to your final confirmation. Otherwise, amendment or cancellation fees may may be charged (subject to SenAsia Travel’s supplier policy). Because we will launch the booking reservation immediately after we receive your final confirmation and starting from that point, service’s amendment/cancellation fees may be applied by our local service providers such as hotel, restaurants, airlines companies…

Please note that we will not charge you any fee if our service providers do not charge us.

4 – Cancellation

SenAsia Travel must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be applied as follows:

  • From 90 days to 45 days:         20% of the total tour/service costs
  • From 45 days to 15 days: 50% of the total tour/service costs
  • From 14 day to departure: 100% of the total tour/service costs

5 – Responsibility

The detailed programme and schedule flights are subject to change by airlines companies without prior notice and in accordance with the weather conditions and daily operations flights. Consequently, itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, however that it is done as a courtesy to participants and our Travel can not be held responsible for denied boarding, nor for additional costs occurred.

  • Excess luggage charges
  • Visa to Vietnam (if any)
  • Early check-in or late check-out (except as indicated)
  • Surcharge for peak season (New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, Christmas), public holidays and/or compulsory meals (if any)
  • Beverages and other meals do not indicate in the itinerary
  • Optional excursions
  • Tips for tour guides and drivers, mechanics…( we recommend 5 – 7 usd / day / pax)
  • Items of a personal nature such as telephone, laundry bills, shopping, etc…
  • All others not indicated in the itinerary
  • Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods); flight/train/boat delays, rescheduling or cancellations; traffic jams, vehicle breakdown; accidents; medical evacuations; riots; strikes; etc.
